About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Sales Enablement Specialist to join our GTM team. You will play a crucial role in the sales cycle by addressing technical questions and providing high-impact demonstrations to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements and existing technology stacks to integrate Rillet effectively.
  • Answer technical questions during sales conversations and adapt based on customer needs.
  • Set up sandbox environments and tailor data to showcase specific use cases.
  • Deliver high-impact demonstrations and provide customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather prospect feedback and experiment with demo styles.
  • Represent Rillet in all interactions, ensuring every prospect interaction is delightful.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry accounting experience, including revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting/financial solutions.
  • Knowledge of the ecosystem of tools in the office of the CFO.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts and write/converse conversationally.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.
  • CPA certification or relevant experience in audit, a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

  • Technical proficiency in accounting and finance software.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with mandatory in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Remote candidates may have additional in-office requirements based on function.
