About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Sales Enablement Specialist to join our GTM team. You will play a crucial role in the sales cycle by addressing technical questions and providing high-impact demonstrations to potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and existing technology stacks to integrate Rillet effectively.
- Answer technical questions during sales conversations and adapt based on customer needs.
- Set up sandbox environments and tailor data to showcase specific use cases.
- Deliver high-impact demonstrations and provide customer feedback to inform product development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather prospect feedback and experiment with demo styles.
- Represent Rillet in all interactions, ensuring every prospect interaction is delightful.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry accounting experience, including revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation.
- 2+ years of experience supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting/financial solutions.
- Knowledge of the ecosystem of tools in the office of the CFO.
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts and write/converse conversationally.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.
- CPA certification or relevant experience in audit, a plus.

- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Schedule
Flexible schedule with mandatory in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Remote candidates may have additional in-office requirements based on function.
