About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant-Sales Representative to join our GTM team. This role involves removing technical objections during the sales cycle, performing sales demonstrations, executing relentlessly, and representing Rillet.
Responsibilities
- Understand and address technical questions related to business requirements and existing technology stacks
- Integrate Rillet into customer environments and demonstrate its capabilities
- Collaborate with the CEO, GTM, and Product teams to inform the sales strategy
- Provide real-time feedback to the founders and product teams based on prospect interactions
- Deliver high-impact demonstrations and adapt to customer needs
- Represent Rillet in all prospect interactions, ensuring a delightful experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry accounting experience, including revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation
- 2+ years of experience supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting/financial solutions
- Knowledge of the ecosystem of tools in the office of the CFO
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and write/converse conversationally
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail
- CPA certification or relevant experience in audit, a plus

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
