About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Solutions Consultant to join our sales team. This role involves delivering compelling software solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded. Ideal candidates have a solid understanding of the telecommunications ecosystem and a strong background in a client-facing SaaS or CCaaS environment, with a history of engaging at CXO level.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with Sales and technical and senior customer contacts to establish an in-depth understanding of customer business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Identify and develop technical solutions from the company portfolio in line with customer requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with the product, provisioning, and support teams to ensure the solution has buy-in and can be effectively delivered and supported.
  • Design and develop solutions in accordance with actual customer requirements to meet and exceed their needs in a timely manner.
  • Join a small, fast-paced team in our US office, thriving in a dynamic environment.

Location

This role is located in our office in Reston, Virginia. It is an office-based position, requiring reliable commuting to our offices a minimum of 3-4 days per week as per our hybrid working policy. Applicants must have the right to work in the USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Solutions Consultant or Architect, typically of at least 4 years.
  • Highly technical background, specifically within the CCaaS or SaaS space.
  • Experience in building bespoke technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to form strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Highly creative and analytical.
