Sit with clients, map operational constraints, and design systems that can be built and owned — not slideware. You stay involved through delivery, unblocking engineers and protecting scope integrity.
Requirements
- Seven or more years in software engineering or architecture roles
- Track record designing multi-system integrations (ERP, CRM, data, cloud)
- Comfortable leading technical workshops and writing clear design docs
Qualifications
- SAP, Odoo, or large ERP programme experience
- Security and compliance awareness
