Solutions Architect Sr
Summary
Provides strategic leadership in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide solutions. Defines and governs architectural direction based on organizational strategy, cost-effectiveness, and integration across complex systems and platforms. Leads the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with long-term business and IT goals. Establishes and enforces architectural principles, standards, and best practices across the organization. Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional architecture teams to shape enterprise IT strategy. Regularly mentors architects and technical staff, drives innovation, and leads high-impact initiatives that span multiple domains and business units. Recognized as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge extending beyond core domains.
Minimum Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of payer systems (claims processing, eligibility/enrollment, provider data, utilization management).
- Strong expertise in integration technologies and standards (APIs, FHIR, HL7, X12 EDI).
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale system implementations and integrations.
- Familiarity with value-based care models, quality programs, and regulatory reporting (HEDIS, STARS, risk adjustment).
- Experience with enterprise data warehouse platforms and concepts.
