About the role

As a Solutions Architect (Service Cloud Voice) - Contractor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based voice solutions. This role requires expertise in Service Cloud Voice technologies and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based voice solutions using Service Cloud Voice technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice solutions with other cloud services.
• Optimize existing voice solutions to improve performance and user experience.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on voice solution implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud computing and service delivery.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based voice solutions.
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud Voice technologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Service Cloud Voice APIs and SDKs.
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
