Solutions Architect Senior Principal

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Architect Senior Principal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape enterprise architecture strategy and guide the design of scalable, secure solutions that support mission-critical operations. The position will partner with customers and internal stakeholders to modernize infrastructure, define future-state roadmaps, and establish architecture standards that improve performance and resilience. It is a highly strategic role with responsibility for aligning technical solutions to business and mission support needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing infrastructure and services, with a focus on modernization and security
• Collaborate with customers to develop IT strategies that meet mission support needs
• Make strategic recommendations on future enterprise architecture and roadmaps
• Create as-is and to-be architecture and solutions with an emphasis on scalability
• Lead the development and curation of enterprise architecture models based on UAF standards
• Define and implement digital platform architecture frameworks and best practices
• Provide knowledge of information security as it relates to architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in enterprise architecture and technical solutions
• Strong skills in architecture frameworks and complex systems
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Must be a US citizen
• Familiarity with UML modeling tools, specifically Cameo Enterprise Architect

Pay

$149,469 – $201,250 annually
