Solutions Architect Lead

About the role

The Solutions Architect Lead is responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet client needs. This role requires deep expertise in cloud technologies and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Lead technical discussions and presentations to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team

Qualifications

• Experience with AI and machine learning tools is a plus
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and agile practices
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native services and containerization
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
