About the role

Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Participate in design sprints and facilitate user research sessions.
  • Implement agile methodologies and ensure continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
