Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to plan and implement the company data center infrastructure solutions
- Manage the deployment of AI infrastructure in dynamic environments
- Review and plan network architecture and cabling BOM for data centers
- Evaluate customer infrastructure design proposals and give performance improvement recommendations
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of cabling and power issues to achieve operational acceptance
- Oversee vendor management to ensure quality and accountability during deployments
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of infrastructure functionalities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers, particularly in high-density AI/HPC settings
- Hands-on experience with data center operations focusing on large-scale deployments, including power distribution and liquid cooling
- Practical experience in hardware break/fix and RMA workflows
- Capability to build processes from scratch and operate with minimal guidance in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
