About the role

The role is part of the Trustworthy AI Growth team at a company focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions for various industries. This position involves working on projects that require deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data management, and ethical considerations in AI development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust infrastructure for AI models and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement trust and safety measures in AI systems.
  • Conduct research on new AI techniques and technologies to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in AI development.
  • Optimize AI models for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development or machine learning.
  • Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
  • Experience with database architecture and design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in complex projects.
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
