About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Provide technical support to clients as needed
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or client services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus
Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of web technologies and software development lifecycle
Skills
- Technical proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting network issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
