About the role

We're seeking a Solutions Architect to help shape how we partner with customers to drive adoption, value, and measurable business impact. This role involves designing solutions that unlock value at scale, ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability.
  • Design architectures that map Synthesia’s capabilities to high-value customer use cases.
  • Partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demos, and deal strategy.
  • Create proofs of concept to demonstrate the art of the possible and accelerate customer buy-in.
  • Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns that help us scale how we deliver value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders — including VP- and C-level audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring the voice of the customer into platform evolution.
  • Contribute to platform thinking — helping shape how we scale Synthesia from product → ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project & stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, or integrations.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to engage technical and executive teams.
  • A commercial mindset — understanding how architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a builder mentality — with comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure.
  • Experience with customer success methodologies.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in relevant areas (e.g., software development, data analysis).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with customer success methodologies.
