Responsibilities
- Develop technical architecture, frameworks and strategies to meet the business and application requirements.
- Work with the infrastructure and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Build relationships with related development and support organizations.
- Simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership, product managers, and other non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Mentor and establish relations across technical and architecture teams.
- Provide technical coaching to team members on design patterns, development processes, and other technical processes to improve their technical skills.
- Provide technical governance of initiatives to ensure adherence with standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and eight or more years related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- Extensive experience with the entire software development life cycle required.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, and experience with securing applications, data, and infrastructure required.
Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architecture certification preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
- Experience with and enterprise grade low code/no code platform is preferred (preferably Appian).
- Experience working with agile teams is required, working with a SAFe organization is preferred.
