Solutions Architect
Opportunity
At Komodo Health, we believe that smarter use of data is essential to reducing the global burden of disease. Our mission is to build the Healthcare Map, the industry's largest, most complete, and precise view of the U.S. healthcare system, by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. This foundation powers our suite of software applications, helping our partners answer healthcare's most complex questions.
We are seeking a Technical Engagement Manager to join our team in pursuing our mission to reduce the global burden of disease. In this role, you will serve as a strategic technical lead, bridging the gap between Komodo’s data ecosystem and our customers' most critical business objectives. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of our most sophisticated AI tooling, specifically Marmot, our proprietary AI engine, integrating Komodo’s data into the core of leading healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities extend beyond the initial implementation, as you will continue to engineer creative solutions and maintain a feedback loop to ensure our technology solves real-world patient problems.
What You'll Do
Lead with AI: Become the go-to expert on Komodo’s AI capabilities, helping customers navigate the frontier of machine learning in healthcare.
Own the Outcome: Be the primary customer-facing technical resource responsible for ensuring delivery milestones are achieved on schedule. This includes leading requirements gathering, executing hands-on data deliveries, and turning ambiguous client workflows into concrete realities.
Be the Customer Champion: Serve as the primary internal advocate for your customers, ensuring their technical priorities and pain points are understood and addressed by Komodo’s internal product teams.
Orchestrate Internal Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Delivery, Support, and Product to ensure internal teams remain aligned on each customer’s unique technical roadmap.
Operate with Precision: Eliminate ambiguity by establishing a clear source of truth for every project. You will build and maintain the thorough technical documentation, roadmap tracking, and system hygiene required to keep our internal teams synchronized and executing seamlessly.
Influence Change: Proactively identify functional gaps in data or workflow requirements and design the necessary technical "bridges" to ensure a seamless experience.
