- Proposal & SOW Creation - Develop detailed technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and cost estimates. Ensure that all proposed solutions are clear, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.
- Technical Leadership - Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best practices and solution implementation.
- Knowledge Transfer - Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends. Share knowledge and insights with both clients and internal teams.
- Positioning and Continuity – Support the leadership, sales, and services teams in developing and nurturing relationships with current and prospective clients through understanding client needs and articulating IOActive service offerings in the local Seattle market and beyond.
