Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client integration process, from contract signing through to public launch
- Align stakeholders (OEMs, distributors, internal teams, and partners) to deliver integration solutions that meet client needs
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, managing their product requests and feature updates and maintaining the integration overtime
- Develop and maintain the demo environment and infra to support the sales org
- Improve onboarding workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and smooth client activations
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading client integrations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical skills in Node.js and React, with the ability to execute on implementation
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and workflows
- High energy, adaptable, and motivated to drive results in a fast-paced environment
