Key Responsibilities
- Serve as form factor and hardware SME, coordinating deployment of hardware across multiple locations and customers
- Advises and supports accurate inventory of equipment, including deployed assets and site points of contact
- Ensures all systems and components are tested, integrated, and fully functional prior to delivery, including follow-up post-install
- Tracks patches and maintains records to ensure all systems remain compliant with information assurance requirements
- Reports technical issues and troubleshooting activities to customers and stakeholders
- Manages customer expectations regarding deployment timelines
- Advise and support ECS product development and deployment efforts across the Business Unit
- Develops and maintains training standards for technical staff
- Supports growth related initiatives within the Business Unit but within the broader ECS Enterprise
- Supports and provides knowledge transfer to team members and clients
- Other duties as required to meet the Customer’s mission requirements
- Support cloud deployments of COTS or GOTS software leveraging OpenShift and other third-party capabilities
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of related experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass CI poly
- 7+ years related experience
- Experience on major AI Programs within the IC
- Experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level systems
- Strong familiarity with OpenShift
- Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
- Experience working with third-party vendors
- Proficiency in creating architecture and data flow diagrams (e.g., Visio)
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to travel frequently (primarily within CONUS)
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies
- Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Desired Skills
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with big data and cloud technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Ability to deploy to OCONUS or hardship locations (short-term)
- Experience supporting Department of Defense organizations
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies
Pay
$180,000 - $220,000
