Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect responsible for designing scalable technology solutions that align to the architectural vision and bridge architecture strategy and execution, ensuring that system designs are technically sound, aligned with business objectives, and successfully implemented through engineering teams. The ideal candidate combines deep architectural expertise with practical hands-on knowledge, to guide teams from solution conception through production deployment and operational stability. Solution Architecture & DesignDesign end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.Define system architecture across:Application servicesAPIs and integrationsData architectureCloud infrastructureSecurity and scalability requirementsProduce key architecture artifacts including:Solution architecture diagramsIntegration patternsData flow diagramsNon-functional requirement definitionsEvaluate technology options and recommend appropriate platforms, frameworks, and tools.Technical Leadership Serve as the primary technical leader for assigned programs or product domains.Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to explore and demonstrate solution options.Make critical design decisions supporting:AvailabilityScalabilityReliabilityPerformanceCost efficiencyAdaptabilityConduct architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with standards and best practices.Delivery & Execution Support Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Decompose architecture into implementable technical workstreams.Identify technical risks early and define mitigation strategies.Cloud & Modern Engineering Practices Lead adoption of modern engineering practices including:Microservices architectureAPI-first designEvent-driven systemsDevOps and CI/CD automationContainerization using Docker and KubernetesCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with key stakeholders including:Product ManagementSoftware EngineeringOn-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure teamsCybersecurity and CompliancePortfolio and DeliveryCommunicate technical architecture and decisions effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.Governance & Technical Excellence Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.Drive performance optimization and operational excellence.Lead technical debt management and system modernization initiatives.Promote architectural best practices and continuous improvement across engineering teams. 8–12+ years of software engineering experience. 3–5+ years in technical leadership or solution architecture roles. Strong expertise in: Distributed systems architecture API design and definition (OpenAPI Specification)Integration design Logical data modelingCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) MicroservicesEvent-driven architectureModernization and re-architecting monolithic applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Front-end design and development.Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD). Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. Exposure to enterprise integration patterns. Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
