This is not a slideware role. You will spend time in discovery, solution shaping, delivery planning, and review loops that keep execution aligned to reality. TeamArchitecture & Strategy Working ModelRemote North America preferred Role FocusDiscovery through implementation oversight About The Team The Architecture & Strategy team builds software and operational systems that support high-stakes delivery across enterprise and public-sector engagements. We partner closely with engineering, program leadership, and client teams to translate mission-critical requirements into secure, maintainable systems. Why this role matters Lead solution design for multi-system programs, turning ambiguous requirements into delivery-ready architectures that teams can actually execute. What you'll do Lead architecture definition for new builds, modernization efforts, and multi-system integrations.Create solution blueprints, decision records, and sequencing plans that delivery teams can execute.Evaluate trade-offs across platforms, hosting, security, and data flows.Support client conversations where technical clarity and credibility matter.Review in-flight implementation work to keep systems aligned with the intended design. Required Qualifications Strong background designing distributed application architectures and integration-heavy systems.Experience making practical decisions under budget, time, and dependency constraints.Ability to communicate architecture clearly to engineers, delivery leads, and client stakeholders.Comfort reviewing code and infrastructure decisions at a meaningful level of depth.Track record of reducing complexity rather than adding it. Preferred Qualifications Experience with government, regulated, or large-enterprise environments.Background in cloud migration, workflow modernization, or legacy system replacement.Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in delivery programs. US salary range $191,000 - $253,000 USD This range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, training, role scope, and business needs. Equity and role-specific compensation components are considered separately.
