Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including dashboards, reports, and reusable data products.
- Develop and manage Power BI semantic models, ensuring performance, scalability, data consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
- Build, support, and optimize Microsoft Fabric Warehouses and Lakehouses to enable trusted, enterprise-wide analytics and reporting.
- Administer and support the Power BI platform, including workspace management, security, access controls, deployment processes, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies; perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure data accuracy and solution quality.
- Investigate, document, and resolve data, reporting, and analytics issues while managing defects through resolution.
- Contribute to Agile planning, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications

- Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, Lakehouses, and Warehouses.
- Strong testing and quality assurance skills, including test planning, data validation, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile principles, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement practices.
- Knowledge of Power BI administration, security, governance, and deployment best practices.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable, and business-focused analytics solutions.
Pay
Pay rate: $85,000 to $88,000, depending on experience.
Schedule
LSAC standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. ET. As an exempt employee, the employee will be expected to work the hours necessary to satisfactorily complete their assignments in a responsible and professional manner.
