Solutions Analyst
About the role
Bridge business needs with the technology that enables them. As DP World launches its new facility in Rialto, CA, we’re looking for a Solutions Analyst to support the design and delivery of IT solutions that drive operational success.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology by collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, shape system capabilities, and help guide projects from concept through implementation. You will be designing and enhancing warehouse management solutions that integrate with Robotic & Automation Solutions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with both customer and operational expectations.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of impactful initiatives, influence system enhancements, and help build a strong foundation for technology-driven performance in a growing environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Degree/Third level qualification in IT, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
- Able to solve complex problems down to their constituent elements, formulate and evaluate a range of alternative solutions.
- Strong on customer service orientation.
- Logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or operational experience is a benefit.
- Experience with designing, enhancing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP/WMS/Automation software applications is a benefit.
- Project Management Methodologies is a plus.

We offer a market competitive compensation package. Estimated starting salary ranges from $91,710-$112,090 based on background and experience.
