Responsibilities

  • Supporting managers in driving the talent and career development of our people through a specific management learning programme.
  • Engaging in the application process consisting of five steps: introduction call, first interview, assessment, second interview, and offer.
  • Participating in the internal education programme including internal courses and regular workshops on DEIB topics.

Requirements

  • A strong commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
  • Ability to adapt to a global, diverse team environment.
  • Experience in managing and supporting professionals in a professional services firm setting.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sustainable business practices and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Onboarding Process

  • You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
  • Your manager will welcome you on your first day and give you a tour of the office.
  • You will collect your laptop and other assets from IT and visit HR to finalise the administrative onboarding.
  • You follow the three-day online induction course by the Planon Academy.
  • After your probation period, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
