At our company, we don't call our sales reps "sales people" — we call them Solutionists, because that's the job: listening to homeowners, understanding their gutter and drainage problems, and presenting the right solution. You'll run company-generated and self-generated appointments, provide free estimates, and guide homeowners from first conversation to signed contract. What You'll Do Run on-site sales appointments (company-provided leads plus self-generated opportunities)Educate homeowners on gutter, gutter guard, and drainage solutions using our proven sales processProvide accurate measurements and estimates using measurement tools that will be provided Build and present proposals, close sales, and maintain accurate CRM recordsFollow up on estimates and maintain a healthy pipelineRepresent the company professionally in the field and in the community Compensation & Schedule Competitive tiered commission structure — base commission plus additive bonuses for self-generated leads, volume, and price integrityTop performers can earn up to 14% commissionFull training and onboarding provided, including a structured product/pricing/process guideWe don't currently offer PTO or traditional benefits, but you'll have flexibility to set your own availability and build a schedule that works for you.
