This position requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on gutter installation, skilled carpentry, and/or exterior construction experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, understands the importance of excellent customer service, and can work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant installation, carpentry, or exterior construction experience and is comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors. Previous gutter installation experience is strongly preferred. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, and consistently complete installations according to company quality and safety standards.
