Solution Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will help drive readiness, planning, and execution for complex business and technology initiatives across the organization. The position partners closely with stakeholders to clarify scope, surface risks, align priorities, and support smooth transitions into quarterly planning. It also plays a key role in strengthening delivery discipline, improving process consistency, and providing leadership with actionable visibility into commitments and outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Facilitate initiative readiness activities for planning and execution Partner with stakeholders to clarify scope, risks, and outcomes Coordinate discovery and solutioning for implementation planning Identify readiness gaps and coordinate necessary actions Support transition of initiatives into quarterly planning Drive alignment across teams on priorities and commitments Maintain visibility into planning commitments and delivery targets Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7+ years leading complex business and technology initiatives Experience coordinating across business and technology organizations Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives Strong facilitation, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment Familiarity with Agile delivery practices Benefits Promote consistency in planning and delivery practices Encourage continuous learning and operational excellence Support leadership discussions with actionable insights Facilitate retrospectives for process improvement Develop dashboards for delivery insights Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
