We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (or About this opportunity?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: "Join our Team Ericsson Inc. does not sponsor U.S work authorizations..." etc. Also "Relocation is not offered". Also "About this opportunity:" etc. We need to keep substantive info: description of role, responsibilities list, skills/requirements list, benefits, pay, schedule (vacation etc). Also maybe "About this opportunity" could be considered About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not include heading for job title. We need headings:

for each section. We need to decide sections: - About the role (or About this opportunity) – we have paragraph describing the role: "Ericsson's New Product Introduction (NPI) team is looking for a Solution Introduction Engineer – Feature Tester to support early carrier development in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will work in Ericsson's radio lab and cloud-enabled compute environments to validate hardware, software, and radio features before they reach customer networks. You will investigate technical issues using data-driven methods, identify root causes, and collaborate with a cross-functional team spanning product development, customer units, and service delivery. We value curiosity, a willingness to learn, and practical problem-solving — no one is expected to know everything on day one." That's prose. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "What you will do:" bullet points. - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting has "The skills you bring:" list. Also earlier "Typically, 2-8 years of hands-on experience..." etc. Could combine into Requirements and Skills. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for sections like Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include multiple if content exists. We have content for: - Responsibilities (the bullet list under "What you will do:"). - Requirements / Qualifications: The list under "The skills you bring:" includes degree, experience, knowledge, programming, AI/ML, cloud, software delivery, communication. That's both qualifications and skills. Could split: Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (technical). But we can also just have one Skills section and maybe Requirements omitted if not distinct. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine into a single "Skills" section that includes both qualifications and skills. But we also have separate "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" sections. We have Pay: salary range $84,500-111,300 USD, plus short-term variable compensation (annual bonus). That's pay. We have Benefits: health, 401(k), life insurance, disability, stock purchase plan, etc. We have Schedule: vacation, personal days, holidays, volunteer time, sick time, maternity leave, parental/adoption leave. That's schedule. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills (or Requirements & Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we must remove lines like "Click Here to find all you need to know about what our typical hiring process looks like." Also "Ericsson uses a merit-based hiring approach..." etc. Also "We encourage people from all backgrounds..." etc. Also "Ericsson is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer, learn more." Also "If you need assistance..." etc. Also "DISCLAIMER: The above statements..." etc. Also "Primary country and city: United States (US) || Bellevue (Country/ City)" maybe minor metadata; we can fold into short

or drop. Probably drop. Also "Job details: Solution Introduction Engineer Compensation And Benefits At Ericsson At Ericsson, we know that our people are the key to our success." That's heading for compensation and benefits; we will handle. We need to keep the substantive description of compensation and benefits. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Ericsson's New Product Introduction (NPI) team is looking for a Solution Introduction Engineer – Feature Tester to support early carrier development in Bellevue, WA. We value curiosity, a willingness to learn, and practical problem-solving — no one is expected to know everything on day one.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, document, and execute test cases based on product requirements and specifications
    • Configure lab and field environments for feature testing and integration
    • Troubleshoot failures using logs, measurements, counters, and traces; document defects and drive resolution
    • Support integration and certification of 4G LTE and 5G technologies in customer labs and production networks
    • Collaborate with project managers, customer representatives, and product development teams on test planning and acceptance activities
    • Identify opportunities to improve testing through scripting, automation, data analysis, and responsible use of AI tools

    • Share lessons learned and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

    Skills

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
    • Typically, 2-8 years of hands-on experience in RF optimization or RAN performance
    • Some knowledge of Radio Access Networks, wireless cellular networks, and radio communication principles
    • Basic understanding of RF concepts: coverage, signal strength, interference, propagation, and antennas
    • Understanding of 4G LTE and/or 5G NR concepts; experience with both is an advantage
    • Programming experience in Python or another language, with ability to develop scripts, automate tasks, and work with APIs
    • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and interest in applying them to test generation, log analysis, anomaly detection, and problem-solving
    • Willingness to learn cloud and compute technologies and apply them to engineering and testing
    • Interest in modern software delivery methods such as Git-based workflows, CI/CD, containers, or infrastructure-as-code
    • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly in written reports and presentations

    Benefits

    • Choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option; company credits equal to the cost Ericsson pays toward medical and dental premiums for employee and eligible dependents
    • Ericsson US 401(k) Plan: automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay; full matching contributions of 4% when you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay; matching stops at IRS limits
    • Company credits for basic life insurance, basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, short-term and long-term disability coverage
    • Option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan
    • Financial wellness programs, educational assistance, matching gifts, and recognition programs

    Pay

The salary range for this position is Washington: $84,500-111,300 USD. Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: opportunity for an annual bonus based on business performance, individual performance, and individual bonus target, with certain eligibility and pro‑ration rules.

    Schedule

    • Minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation for new employees
    • Up to 3 personal days per year
    • 11 annual holidays
    • 8 hours of volunteer time per year

    • Paid time off is pro‑rated based on start date
    • Up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave at 100% of pay
    • 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Check: we removed "Click Here..." etc. Also removed "Ericsson uses a merit-based hiring approach..." etc. Also removed "We encourage people from all backgrounds..." etc. Also removed "Ericsson is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer..." etc. Also removed "If you need assistance..." etc. Also removed "DISCLAIMER..." etc. Also removed "Primary country and city: United States (US) || Bellevue (Country/ City)". Also removed "Job details: Solution Introduction Engineer Compensation And Benefits At Ericsson At Ericsson, we know that our people are the key to our success." Actually we kept some of that as benefits and pay. The phrase "At Ericsson, we know that our people are the key to our success." is generic; we might consider it boilerplate but it's part of benefits intro. Could be considered filler but it's not specific. However we already have benefits list; we could drop that sentence. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That sentence is not substantive detail about benefits; it's fluff. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it. We already have benefits list; we can omit that sentence. Similarly, we have "Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience." That's generic; we could keep it? It's somewhat generic but still part of pay description. However we already have specific salary range. The generic sentence may be considered filler but not disallowed. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading ... and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." That sentence is not metadata; it's a description of pay determination. Might be okay to keep. But we already have a concise pay paragraph; we could incorporate that sentence. However we need to avoid fluff like "commensurate with experience". This sentence is not exactly that. It's okay. But we already have pay paragraph: "The salary range for this position is Washington: $84,500-111,300 USD. Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: opportunity for an annual bonus based on business performance, individual performance, and individual bonus target, with certain eligibility and pro‑ration rules." That's sufficient. We might also include the note about Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan details: "Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply." We could incorporate that. Let's refine pay paragraph: include both. Now check responsibilities list: we captured all bullet points under "What
