About the role
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer based in Boston to support customers and prospects across the LATAM region, while also collaborating on global opportunities when needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team during sales processes, demos, customer meetings, events and Proof of Concepts.
- Guide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes.
- Help customers optimize their product setup and configuration to maximize value from our solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
- Assist with technical support and configuration-related questions in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Provide valuable feedback from customers and prospects back to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in mobile security, reverse engineering, and application protection technologies.
- Collaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience in a Solutions Engineering, PreSales or similar customer-facing technical role with a SaaS or Software Product company.
- Strong coding and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience working with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Android and/or iOS application development.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and mobile build processes.
- An interest in mobile application security and cybersecurity concepts.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent residency is required.
Skills
- Experience within cybersecurity or application security.
- Familiarity with our products (ProGuard, DexGuard, iXGuard, …).
- Experience with reverse engineering and commonly used tooling.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as banking, FSI, or fintech.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
