About the role
We're looking for a high-energy, technically-minded Solution Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering Team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical "glue" of the sales process - supporting both direct sales and our growing partner sales channel. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer and partner experience, ensuring every prospect's journey is seamless, impactful, and clearly demonstrates the value of our mission-critical technology.
What You'll Do
- Technical Discovery - Partner with Account Executives and channel partners to uncover the unique operational challenges of healthcare providers and map them to MealSuite's capabilities.
- Product Storytelling - Deliver tailored, persuasive product demonstrations that go beyond features to show real-world impact on patient care — whether presenting directly to prospects or enabling partners to do the same.
- Deliver Proofs of Concept - Lead the technical validation phase, answering deep dive questions on data integration, regulatory compliance, and workflow automation.
- Partner Enablement - Support partner sales teams by providing technical training, demo guidance, solution configuration insights, and ongoing presales support to help them position MealSuite effectively.
- Show Subject Matter Expertise - Serve as the "voice of the product" during the sales cycle, providing insights on food waste reduction, operational efficiency, Point of Sale or Mobile ordering, and Backoffice management.
- Provide Feedback Loops - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share market and partner insights, helping influence the future roadmap of our SaaS suite.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a technical presales or consulting role, ideally within SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Experience collaborating with reseller, referral, or strategic partners with an apt understanding of how to enable their success.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent.
- Effective communication skills, able to translate complex technical workflows into simple, value-driven stories for healthcare administrators, clinical staff, and partner sales teams.
- Strong affinity for "under the hood" work, like figuring out how to configure solutions to meet specific client needs.
- A genuine care about using technology to improve the lives of seniors and patients in aging services while wearing multiple hats and adapting to the needs of a growing sales organization.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
Compensation
$88,100-$100,000 USD per year + commission
