Solution Engineer

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Present the company technology to executives and technical audiences
• Demonstrate the company’s value throughout the sales process, from demos to implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and marketing efforts
• Manage enterprise-level proof of concepts with prospects
• Work directly with the sales team and channel partners to strategize
• Support customers in navigating complex sales cycles

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of industry experience, including 5 years in a pre-sales role
• Exceptional presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Extensive experience with database and data warehouse technologies, including ETL and analytics
• Proficient in SQL, SQL analytics, and Python
• Ability to align the company’s solutions with customer business challenges
• Experience with data architecture frameworks, including deep discovery of customer architectures
• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields; Master's in Data Science or Business Administration preferred

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
