About the role

The AI & Data Integration Solution Engineer plays a pivotal role in the Global Public Sector team, focusing on the US Federal region. This role bridges the gap between legacy system connectivity and modern mission outcomes, leveraging expertise in MuleSoft (Integration), Tableau (Analytics), Data 360 (Unified Data Management), and agentic AI.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives, customers, and partners to formulate a comprehensive technical account strategy and secure the technical win.
  • Lead activities to support the sales process including product demonstrations, technical workshop delivery, architecture strategy sessions, and other customer engagements.
  • Conduct holistic discovery, define the "data-to-agentic-AI journey," and design compliant, AI-ready architectures that deliver actionable insights from disparate silos while enabling intelligent, autonomous agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with related applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MuleSoft, Tableau, Data 360, and agentic AI platforms.
  • Experience with API management, real-time data unification, advanced analytics, and intelligent agentic systems.
  • Expertise in two core data/integration capabilities plus prior experience with agentic AI.
  • Strategic communication skills to reframe technical challenges into mission and business value for C-level government executives.
  • Experience in Solution Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation, with hands-on delivery experience in AI/data/integration projects.
  • Understanding of "Trusted Context Foundations" for AI, including data grounding, metadata intelligence, and unified data.
  • Proven ability to partner with Account Executives to drive sales strategy and lead "Data + Agentic AI Discovery" from day one.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more of the following certifications: MuleSoft Certified Architect, Tableau Desktop/Server Specialist, Salesforce Data 360 Consultant, AI Associate credentials.
  • Deep understanding of Public Sector/DoD compliance (FedRAMP, IL4/5/6).
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, data governance, and MDM tools.
  • Background delivering AI solutions in highly regulated or mission-critical environments.

Pay

$134,750 - $180,250 annually
