- Practical AI fluency: working knowledge of LLMs, RAG/grounding, agentic system design, and production behavior, including safety, reliability, and governance considerations relevant to complex A&D program environments.
- Deep discovery and MVP scoping: able to run technical and business discovery with both prime program offices and SI delivery teams, define agentic use cases, set measurable success criteria, and produce a feasible architecture and activation plan.
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks: CMMC given the prime/SI customer base.
- Strong written, verbal, and whiteboard communication skills: able to engage C-suite prime executives and hands-on delivery engineers with equal fluency.

- Familiarity with GovCloud, AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government environments.
- Understanding of OT/IT convergence in aerospace manufacturing, defense sustainment, and complex supply chain environments.
