Solution Consultant (Brightflag)
About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Solutions Consultant to accelerate growth at Brightflag. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales on strategic opportunities, leading discovery with executive stakeholders, shaping solution strategy, and clearly articulating the measurable business outcomes our platform delivers. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting, you will design and deliver tailored demos, workshops, and proofs of concept that translate complex requirements into compelling solution architectures and quantified ROI.
As a Solutions Consultant, you bring commercial acumen and product depth in equal measure. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, build business cases that align to customer priorities, and guide prospects through evaluation to executive buy-in. Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, mutual success plans, and objection handling.
- Serve as the technical sales authority on deals.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder prospect environments; build consensus and align executive sponsors on Brightflag’s solution strategy.
- Lead discovery to translate business objectives into clear solutions.
- Design and deliver persona-tailored demos; configure environments to address prospect challenges and showcase differentiated capabilities.
- Own the end-to-end proof of concept: define success criteria, create test plans, manage timelines, and quantify ROI and risk reduction.
- Assist with RFP responses and security diligence, coordinating cross-functional inputs to produce timely, compliant submissions.
- Build and champion Brightflag’s business value throughout the selling engagement.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to Implementation with documented solution design.
Requirements
- 3+ years in presales Solutions Consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS – ideally in a Legal tech organization.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding performance targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Proven success leading complex evaluations – executive discovery, solution design, and value/ROI articulation for multi-stakeholder deals.
- Polished presenter and storyteller; comfortable tailoring demos and narratives for technical and non-technical executives.
- Rapid learner with strong technical depth; adept at ramping on new products, enhancements, and integrations.
- Determined and resilient – handles tough questions calmly and often turns a “no” into a “yes”.
- Skilled at navigating complex enterprise environments, building trusted relationships across Legal, Finance, IT/Security, and Procurement.
- Commercially savvy and passionate about SaaS; clear understanding of how software drives business outcomes and operational efficiency.

Pay
Base salary range: $115,000–$130,000 with on-target earnings of $170,000.
Schedule
Hybrid basis (3 days in the office each week) for candidates based in New York. Remote work is also available for talented applicants across the U.S.
