Solution Consultant - (Bilingual Spanish)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver tailored, high-impact demos and presentations that map products – including our AI tools – to specific persona pain points, workflows, and business outcomes
• Partner with sales teams to identify and prioritize target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies for new and existing products
• Build and maintain core GTM assets (pitch decks, demo flows, battlecards/competitor intelligence) to ensure consistent product positioning aligned with company strategy
• Analyze GTM performance (consistency of product messaging, win/loss trends, engagement) to derive strategic insights and drive targeted improvements
• Enable sales through product training and hands-on deal support, reinforcing best practices in messaging, persona targeting, and overall deal strategy

Your Profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or have strong product background
• Bachelors degree in relevant field of study, MBA from a top-tier program is a plus
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint, including ability to create highly polished, structured, and visually engaging presentations
• Excellent communication & storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bilingual (Spanish + English) and have experience working with global teams

Compensation

think-cell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying in the range of 115-150k OTE USD per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
