Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on the company solutions
- Identify and lead internal initiatives to enhance the consulting practice
- Guide clients in deploying new technologies for increased business value
- Collaborate effectively with strong communication across client organization levels
- Proactively lead risk areas to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Negotiate solutions to complex problems with clients and third-party partners
- Review project direction and adjust strategies to maintain program effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Extensive experience with the company platform configuration and customization
- Authority-level experience defining system architecture and delivering comprehensive solutions
- Proficient in leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, and writing user stories
- Hands-on technical experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to connect across various client levels
- U.S. citizen eligible for a federal government Minimum Background Investigation

$123,100 – $227,000 annually
