About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on the company solutions
• Lead internal initiatives to enhance the consulting practice
• Guide customers in deploying technologies for business value
• Collaborate with clients using strong communication skills
• Identify and resolve risk areas throughout projects
• Manage client expectations and negotiate solutions
• Review project direction and maintain extendable, sustainable solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
• Extensive customization experience on the company platform
• Authority level experience in system architecture and business outcome delivery
• Proficient in leading discovery sessions and defining business requirements
• Hands-on experience with the company Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• U.S. citizen eligible for Moderate Public Trust clearance

Pay

$123,100 – $227,000 annually
