Solution Architect Senior Director

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design for clients and industries
• Consult on strategic solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
• Oversee technical integrity of proposals and solutions across multiple clients
• Model and optimize solution costs while enhancing value for clients
• Deliver technical presentations and support pre-sales activities
• Develop and maintain technical best practices and documentation
• Mentor less experienced colleagues, sharing expertise and industry knowledge

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical presales and implementation roles
• 5+ years in database, direct, or interactive marketing
• 10+ years in a client-facing environment
• Experience with cloud migrations, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and tools like Snowflake, Databricks
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
