Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to develop scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Develop and lead client architecture initiatives from inception to completion.
• Provide CRM domain expertise and act as a technical subject matter expert for business users.
• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency.
• Document existing architecture solutions to aid understanding.
• Mentor Revenue Cloud/CPQ Consultants and other junior members across Thunder.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years’ of consulting experience within the Salesforce partner/consulting ecosystem.
• 2+ years’ leading projects in the capacity of a Solution Architect within Revenue Cloud.
• Significant knowledge of Salesforce's suite of products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platform technologies.
• Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills.
• Willingness to achieve additional certifications on emerging technologies as required per role.

Qualifications

• Required Salesforce Certifications: CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional.
• Nice to Have Certifications: Billing Specialist Superbadge, Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge, Industries CPQ Developer Certification, OmniStudio Consultant Certification.
