Location
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office are expected to work in-person 8 days per month, with flexibility to choose these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the solution architect and subject-matter expert for Invoice-to-Cash (O2C) technology implementations, translating client objectives into scalable functional and technical designs.
- Lead full-lifecycle Invoice-to-Cash transformation and technology implementation engagements, including discovery, current-state assessment, future-state design, requirements definition, configuration, testing, training, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Guide configuration and oversee the development of solution documentation, functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and deployment plans.
- Mentor team members, support pursuit and proposal development, and contribute to the continued growth of Clearsulting’s Invoice-to-Cash capabilities and alliance relationships.
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive finance management consulting experience to help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, including engagement economics and project scope, while setting stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines.
- Develop executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
- Conduct client training sessions to thoroughly educate them on features and functionalities of the O2C technology platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management consulting at a large consulting firm or in industry with a focus on O2C functionality and processes, including Customer Master Data, Credit, Billing/Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Sales Adjustments, and Cash & Revenue Forecasting.
- Experience architecting O2C Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that integrate with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or NetSuite), banks, payment providers, customer portals, credit agencies, and other third-party systems.
- 1+ years of team leadership experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Order to Cash product certifications, including HighRadius, Blackline I2C, Sidetrade, Billtrust, and/or Esker.
- Project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly convey complex business concepts to an executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing.
- Leadership skills and executive presence.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $106,000 – $132,000. Final salary placement will be based on level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography, and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
