About the Role
Order to Cash Architect supporting Workstream 4 and Workstream 5. This is a part-time role, approximately 12 hours per week, with a hybrid delivery mode (onsite as needed for workshops/events). The start date is 9/1/2026 and the end date is 3/31/2027. Location is remote, with the exception of the first two weeks and the final two weeks, which will be on-site in Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Lead Order-to-Cash and interagency sales functional discovery for Workstream 4, facilitating discovery sessions for sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer account processes.
- Perform high-level process-to-standard assessment for SAP SD/Order-to-Cash (Workstream 5).
- Identify opportunities to standardize or simplify legacy sales processes.
- Assess integration touchpoints with Finance and Manufacturing workstreams.
- Contribute findings to the future-state process hierarchy and transformation blueprint.
