Solution Architect - Field Service

About the role

The Solution Architect - Salesforce Field Service position at Cirrius Solutions is a critical leadership and architect level position within the delivery arm of the company for one of our Salesforce Field Service focused pods. Cirrius Solutions is a rapidly growing Salesforce implementation consulting partner with a collaborative team-based approach for project delivery. We are organized into consulting pods of 4-6 consultants who work together on each project. Our pod model approach allows us to build strong cohesive teams that provide better value to clients and a better experience to our employees!

Responsibilities

• Architecture and solution design for highly customized Salesforce solutions
• Advanced configuration on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform (especially Salesforce Field Service)
• Participate in and/or run discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes, define user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, create wireframes, and generate technical design documentation for custom Salesforce solution needs for the pod to execute on
• Oversee and ensure the sound execution for the pod’s end-of-sprint demos to clients to show work completed towards user stories assigned to dev team
• Oversee tailor-made training sessions with client power users or end-users to drive user adoption of custom developed Salesforce solutions
• Direct mentorship and talent development of 1-3x Consultants or Senior Consultants on the pod, along with coaching Senior Consultants on how to mentor Associate Consultants on the pod
• Around 40% of time will be focused on solution architecture and design, 25% of time with clients on discovery sessions/touchpoints/training sessions/demos, 25% of time focused on Cirrius Pod talent development and/or management, and 10% of time focused on hands-on Salesforce configuration.
