Responsibilities
- Serve as the Solution Architect and technical lead for BlueRock’s Digital Workplace, centered on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot and Copilot Agents, Loop, Power Platform, OneDrive, etc.).
- Translate business and functional needs into end-to-end digital workplace solutions, considering people, process, data, technology, and learning enablement.
- Define and maintain architecture standards, solution patterns, and governance guardrails for collaboration, content, automation, and AI use cases.
- Partner with business stakeholders to shape and execute the Digital Workplace roadmap, aligning and demonstrating new platform capabilities to evolving ways of working.
- Lead solution design for new use cases and enhancements, including collaboration models, knowledge management, workflow automation, and Copilot enabled productivity scenarios.
- Enable continuous learning and adoption by partnering with change, communications, and training stakeholders to design role-based learning approaches for tools including, Teams, Loop, Copilot, and Copilot Agents.
- Supporting development of lightweight training materials, enablement sessions, and hands on guidance aligned to real business workflows.
- Ensure operational reliability and lifecycle management of Digital Workplace services, including change management, product releases, governance, adoption considerations, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory, data protection, and GxP requirements.
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft 365 and AI capabilities, supporting proofs of concept, pilots, and business cases, with attention to responsible use and adoption readiness.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing, AI consumption (including Copilot and agent token usage), and platform capabilities to maximize value realization, drive cost efficiency, and ensure investments align with business needs and adoption outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to IT and business leaders, helping position the Digital Workplace as a strategic, learnable enterprise capability, not just a toolset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience designing, delivering, or supporting enterprise collaboration, content, or workplace platforms, with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft 365.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing, enhancing and or supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Loop, Power Platform, and administration of Microsoft 365 user, group, security and compliance features.
- Experience with M365 Copilot and/or Copilot Agents, including understanding of usage patterns, controls, and responsible AI considerations.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a solution architect or senior systems lead role, translating business needs into governed, scalable solutions.
- Experience collaborating with security, privacy, compliance, and risk teams, ideally within a regulated or highly controlled environment.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, including solution patterns, integration considerations, identity, information governance, and lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and learning, explaining complex capabilities in clear, business-oriented terms to non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting change management, training enablement, and continuous improvement for enterprise platforms.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining architectural integrity.
- Experience in biopharma, healthcare, or GxP-regulated environments preferred.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365, Azure, Security, Power Platform) preferred.
