What You’ll Do

  • Assess proposed business initiatives to determine architectural significance and develop architectural requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver highly scalable, flexible, and resilient technical solutions.
  • Evaluate existing architecture and identify opportunities for improvement aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze industry and market trends to inform architectural strategies and roadmaps.
  • Drive technology discussions, assess current capabilities, and develop future-state architecture solutions.
  • Develop solution options that address application, data, infrastructure, and security requirements.
  • Recommend build vs. buy options based on technical and business considerations.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of architecture patterns, technical reference architectures, and standards.
  • Estimate solution cost and resource requirements for architectural alternatives.
  • Guide adoption of modern technologies including serverless, containerization, and AI/ML integrations.
  • Ensure alignment with modern security practices including Zero Trust, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide hands-on architecture support throughout the agile SDLC process.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the advancement of architectural maturity.
  • Document and communicate architectural best practices, patterns, and standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience designing enterprise applications with modern architecture techniques (e.g., microservices, serverless, containers).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ITIL.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including cloud-native solutions and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and reference architectures.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complexity and risks in architecture decisions.
  • Experience developing scalable architectural patterns, data solutions, and reusable infrastructure components.
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical project management and architecture governance.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex design challenges.
