About the role

This position requires deep, hands-on experience in the Digital Assets space, specifically in stablecoin-based payments, custodial flows, and tokenized deposits. The ideal candidate will have worked with providers like Ripple and Stablecore. Given the emerging nature of this domain, candidates with proven end-to-end implementation experience in financial institutions or fintechs are particularly sought after.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions for digital asset management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy stablecoin-based payment systems
• Work closely with Ripple and Stablecore to integrate their services into the company's infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in digital assets, blockchain, or fintech
• Proven experience in implementing end-to-end solutions in financial institutions or fintechs
• Experience with Ripple and Stablecore platforms
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
