About the role

VusionGroup is a fast-growing, fast-paced retail tech company that builds the largest retail IoT platform in the world. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client’s overall business priorities and success measures, providing strategic guidance on how our products and services can effectively address their challenges.
• Use knowledge of customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical and market/industry knowledge to build long-term relationships and credibility with customers individually or at scale.
• Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and product teams.
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environments.
• Build, lead, and federate cross-functional teams around pre-sales, POC, and pilot projects, ensuring the preparation of robust solutions for deployment to large accounts.
• Lead the introduction of new technologies or services that are aligned with customer needs in a variety of technologies and services to build scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions.
• Drive Customer Success by leading, driving, and managing engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical pre-sales role. Experience in retail is a plus.
• Skills: Customer-centric at heart, strong understanding of SaaS solutions, great project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, ability to liaise with individuals across various disciplines, ability to travel based on work requirements, Spanish and English speakers.
• Education: BA/BS in related field such as Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or other STEM, Information Technology, Software Engineering.
