About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with deep expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem to guide platform health, drive best practices, and align technical solutions with client business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead CMDB health improvement initiatives focusing on completeness, correctness, and compliance.
- Implement Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and simplification of customizations to enable rapid adoption of new features.
- Develop and maintain standards and practices for the health and architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions.
- Act as a consultant and advisor to customers, assessing platform health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security).
- Create detailed strategies aligned with client short- and long-term needs.
- Serve as an expert advisor, leading solutioning sessions and bridging gaps between disparate organizations through technical expertise.
- Leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities and third-party integrations effectively.
- Solve problems, troubleshoot, and manage technical escalations while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensure alignment with out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize customization.
- Experience migrating between ServiceNow environments using Update Sets, XMLs, cloning, and deployments.
- Work closely with customer platform teams to develop ServiceNow roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, with at least 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
- At least 2 implementation projects, including one for a large customer.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience implementing multiple ServiceNow products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.

Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
