Solution Architect
Responsibilities
- Assess the current Product-to-Market (P2M) landscape and vendor capabilities to identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities across planning and allocation processes.
- Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps to ensure alignment of P2M investments with business objectives and outcomes.
- Provide guidance on composable architectures, API-first integrations, data flow design, and advise on Agentic AI-powered P2M use cases including predictive segmentation and content automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate vendor solutions, define integration patterns, and produce clear architectural documentation that aligns to established team standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product-to-Market (P2M) and supply chain architecture.
- Hands-on experience with integrated planning concepts such as line planning, buy planning, visual mapping, space planning, sizing and packing, and allocation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Experience with AI/ML applications in marketing, including personalization, propensity modeling, and audience intelligence within retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or direct-to-consumer brand environments.
