Solution Architect
About the role
The Solution Architect leads early-phase technical definition and conceptual solutioning for Modular Data Center (MDC) and E-House opportunities. This role owns customer requirement definition early in the sales process, produces conceptual designs and ROM-level solutions, and supports Opportunity Pursuit Leads and Sales during qualification.
Responsibilities
- Document customer requirements using internal MDC tools.
- Develop conceptual designs and reference-based solutions within 1–2 days.
- Produce ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) inputs for early solution validation.
- Cook with Sales and OPL during qualification.
- Lead customer requirement definition and early engineering review.
- Support Tender Managers with technical clarity.
- Provide technical guidance during proposal development and handoff to execution.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of modular data center design, prefabrication, or power systems.
- Ability to interpret specs, drawings, and conceptual engineering documentation.
- Ability to work within fast-turn cycles.
- Strong communication skills to interface across Sales, OPL, Tendering, and Engineering.

Pay
Compensation range: $117,600 - $176,400 per year, including base pay and short-term incentive.
