Solution Analyst - Several Shifts

About the role

Responsible for leading a team of 10 in the development and implementation of new product features. Directs the team towards achieving quarterly goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead a team of 10 developers in the design and execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize project tasks.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, Python, and C#.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of database technologies including SQL.
