About the role

This is a full-time leadership role with autonomy and long-term succession potential. The position offers the chance to step into a lead role, continuing the legacy of Dr. Timothy Toman as he transitions into retirement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
• Active Florida dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 5 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
